HDM-induced allergy

Dear Colleagues,
We invite you to participate in a survey conducted to validate a short questionnaire for use in clinical practice when suspected HDM-induced allergy.  We will ask you to complete a questionnaire with 8 items that could take less than 5 minutes. Your responses will be anonymous unless you will select to be involved in the scientific dissemination of the results.
Your participation in this study is completely voluntary.  If you agree to participate, you may choose also to discontinue participation at any time.
Your completion of the survey must be made until May 31st, 2024.

    1. Do you have more symptoms indoors than outdoors?

    2. Are your symptoms predominant in the night or upon awakening?

    3. Do you have more symptoms in the bedroom than in other places of your home?

    4. Do you have symptoms when you are entering in a dusty place?

    5. Are your symptoms more important in a place with carpets, curtains and/or stuffed animals?

    6. Do you remark a worsening of your symptoms when you are cleaning up your home (ex. vacuum cleaning, dusting)?

    7. Do you have symptoms that persist all year round?

    8. Did you remark an aggravation of your symptoms in Spring and Autumn or during Christmas-New Year holidays?
